CO2 \u00e4r en f\u00e4rg- och luktl\u00f6s gas som naturligt byggs upp i anv\u00e4nda inomhusmilj\u00f6er genom m\u00e4nsklig utandning och andra k\u00e4llor. H\u00f6ga CO2-niv\u00e5er \u00e4r <em>inte<\/em> vanligtvis direkt toxiska vid de koncentrationer som f\u00f6rekommer i kontor, men de fungerar som en viktig indikator p\u00e5 ventilationens effektivitet och den \u00f6vergripande inomhusluftens kvalitet. Storbritanniens SAGE-grupp och andra experter rekommenderar att h\u00e5lla CO2 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC8363431\/#:~:text=There%20is%20a%20particular%20association,CDC%20guideline%20recommends%20recording%20the\">under 1 000 ppm i allm\u00e4nna inomhusmilj\u00f6er<\/a><\/strong> och under ~800 ppm i h\u00f6grisk- och h\u00f6gbel\u00e4ggningsmilj\u00f6er som gym eller k\u00f6rsalar. Forskning visar att \u00e4ven m\u00e5ttliga niv\u00e5er kring 1 000 ppm kan f\u00f6rs\u00e4mra beslutsfattande och koncentration, medan niv\u00e5er \u00f6ver 1 500\u20132 000 ppm ofta orsakar d\u00e5sighet, huvudv\u00e4rk och tr\u00f6tthet. L\u00e5ngvarig exponering f\u00f6r flera tusen ppm kan leda till yrsel eller illam\u00e5ende, och extremt h\u00f6ga niv\u00e5er inneb\u00e4r allvarliga h\u00e4lsorisker. Att h\u00e5lla CO2 l\u00e5gt hj\u00e4lper medarbetare att vara alerta, produktiva och friskare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">B\u00e4sta praxis f\u00f6r att hantera inomhus-CO2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Att uppr\u00e4tth\u00e5lla s\u00e4kra CO2-niv\u00e5er b\u00f6rjar med god ventilation \u2014 att HVAC-system levererar tillr\u00e4ckligt med friskluft och servas regelbundet. D\u00e4r det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt kan naturlig ventilation eller portabla luftrenare ocks\u00e5 hj\u00e4lpa.
