Can I connect this with my home wifi or do I need a special router for this?

You cannot connect this device to your home wifi. HibouAir connects with our mobile app using Bluetooth.You can also connect with your computer using HibouAir USB dongle that comes with the device to use our desktop app.

What is your return policy?

Customers can return the product by sending an email to support@smartsensordevices.com and mentioning the product item number and order number. Shipping charge will apply. We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the product is damaged.

How does PM or CO2 affect our body?

It is very difficult to breathe when CO2 levels are increased in our atmosphere. It can cause many difficulties such as causing tiredness and concentrating. We can feel difficulty in sleeping and resting. High levels of carbon dioxide can lead to health problems such as headaches.
Particles in the PM2.5 size range are able to travel deeply into the respiratory tract, reaching the lungs. Exposure to fine particles can cause short-term health effects such as eye, nose, throat and lung irritation, coughing, sneezing, runny nose and shortness of breath.

How is the product made?

The product is made with ABS plastic and certified by FCC & CE, RoHS compliant, halogen-free.

Is it a wireless connection?

Yes, It is a bluetooth wireless device.

How many PM/CO2 sensors do I need to cover up my working area?

One device covers one room with the size of 30 to 40 square meter.

Can I access the environmental data outside the home/place?

You need to be within the Bluetooth range of around 50 meter.

What is an IOT air quality Sensor?

It’s an internet of things sensors that can detect and respond to changes in an enviroment acurately.

What if the sensors stopped working to whom should I call or connect?

Where will I get my courier?

You will get your courier to your local DHL store.

Are there any international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

No, you need to pay only PTX (Product tax code) along with the total amount of the bill.
